Hi, I'm Judnefera.
After graduating and learning passable Korean I traveled nearly 7,000 miles for my first job as a diplomat. I managed high-level diplomatic engagements (someone had to ensure all the briefing books were color coded and tabbed correctly!) and worked my way up to negotiating global health issues at the United Nations. From my time as a diplomat, to a Kindergarten teacher, then an Asylum Officer, I learned how to work with a variety of people and communicate complex information effectively. Now I use what I've learned to help people just like you improve their communication and create better relationships.
My Story
Judnefera Rasayon is a seasoned public policy professional with fifteen years of experience in government and communications. Prior to her current position training and mentoring junior officers, she served as an Asylum Officer with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) where she interviewed applicants, eliciting information to determine which individuals qualified for asylum.
Before her tenure at DHS, Judnefera built a distinguished career as a diplomat and Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State. Her assignments spanned global health policy, diplomatic relations, and consular affairs, including roles as a Morocco Desk Officer, Global Health Officer, and Staff Assistant to the U.S. Ambassador in South Korea. Notably, she played a key role in managing high-level diplomatic engagements, including the Senate confirmation hearing for the U.S. Ambassador to Morocco and the visit of King Mohammed VI of Morocco to Washington, D.C.

Judnefera's expertise extends to research and public policy analysis, having served as a Senior Analyst at The Advisory Board Company, where she conducted in-depth research and interviews on healthcare policy and delivered high-impact presentations to industry leaders. Her ability to communicate complex information effectively has been a hallmark of her career, whether advising congressional staff, facilitating policy discussions at international organizations like the UN, or delivering strategic recommendations on immigration and foreign policy.
